A decade of design leadership.

Inera AB is a Swedish company owned by the regions and municipalities of Sweden, responsible for national digital healthcare infrastructure. As Lead Product Designer and Product Owner, I led the design and governance of a unified design system serving multiple healthcare products used by millions of Swedish citizens.

This was a long-term strategic engagement requiring both hands-on design execution and stakeholder alignment across a complex public-sector organisation. The design system became the foundation for consistent, accessible digital services across Sweden's healthcare ecosystem.

1177 is Sweden's national healthcare information and guidance service, reaching millions of citizens. This engagement focused on designing a new enterprise application — a complex, high-stakes project requiring deep understanding of healthcare workflows and the diverse needs of both patients and healthcare professionals.

As Lead Product Designer, I navigated the challenge of designing for public services at scale: accessibility, inclusivity, and clarity were non-negotiable requirements alongside functional complexity.

Arla is one of the world's largest dairy companies. This engagement was about defining and shaping a new digital ambition for the brand — a focused, high-impact consultation that required both strategic thinking and the ability to rapidly translate direction into concrete, compelling design.

Working at the intersection of brand, product, and digital strategy, this project demanded a clear point-of-view and the confidence to challenge existing assumptions about what digital could mean for a heritage food brand.

Forex Bank is Scandinavia's largest currency exchange, with a strong presence in physical retail alongside growing digital services. This year-long engagement covered the full redesign of their digital presence — spanning currency trading, banking services, and customer account management.

In addition to leading product design, I also served as Scrum Master — bridging design and delivery, keeping the team aligned, and ensuring sprint ceremonies supported rather than slowed the work. A dual role that demanded both deep craft and strong process discipline.

Vinci Energies is one of Europe's leading energy and infrastructure companies. This engagement focused on conceiving and designing a carbon footprint monitoring solution — a tool to help businesses understand, track, and reduce their environmental impact.

A concept-stage project requiring strong vision work: translating complex energy and emissions data into an interface that was comprehensible, actionable, and compelling. This is design in service of the planet — something I hold as a core principle.

Eton is a premium Swedish shirt brand with a global retail presence. This project centred on elevating the e-commerce experience to match the brand's positioning — creating a digital buying experience that felt as considered and refined as the physical product itself.

Luxury e-commerce is demanding territory: every micro-interaction, every content decision, every piece of friction matters. The challenge was to bring the warmth and craft of a premium retail experience into a digital channel without losing the brand's character.

Hapkey is an HR tech product focused on employee pulse surveys — giving organisations real-time insight into team health, engagement, and wellbeing. As Partner and Lead Product Designer, I was involved from the ground up: shaping the product strategy, defining the design system, and executing the full product experience.

This was not a consultant engagement but a founding partnership — requiring the depth of ownership that comes with having skin in the game. Design decisions here had direct business consequences.

Kundo is a customer service platform helping organisations deliver fast, high-quality support. This engagement focused on designing an AI-powered chat experience — one that had to feel genuinely useful and human, not like an obstacle between a customer and a real answer.

AI Chat UX is a genuinely hard design problem: setting expectations, handling failure states gracefully, building trust, and knowing when to hand off to a human. This project required both a strong opinionated design direction and careful, evidence-based iteration.
